Rates and Rules 1. The attendance must be specified ten (10) working day prior to function. This number will be considered guaranteed not subject to reduction. The hotel will not prepare or set up more than the final count paid for. Children are not free nor we have child menu. NO additional set up unless notified and paid in full by cash at least 8 hours prior to the function. 2. All deposits are none refundable unless function cancelled 90 days prior to function date - May be partially credited to final bill - $ 200.00 security/cleaning deposit, if paid, will be refunded day after function date . Any function that cancels two (2) month or less prior to the function date will be subject to cancellation fees equal to (but not limited to) the current meal count, room rental and all other services and charges originally arranged for. Prices and items on this menu are subject to change without notice up to ninety (90) day of event. Due to regulations, laws, ordinances and the hotel policies: Alcoholic beverages and foods cannot be brought into or taken out of the hotel. 3. There will be a $1.00 per person late fee for any banquet beginning thirty (30) minute or more past the serving time stated on the contract. ( this charge will be taken out from the deposit) 4. All functions and rentals are subject to 18% gratuities and 6 % Michigan sales tax. If organization is tax exempt the hotel must be provided with a tax-exempt certificate thirty (30) day prior to the date of function. 5. An additional service fee will be assessed for any banquet meal function of twenty-five (25) or less guests. 6. Set up fee and room rental fees will be charged in addition to banquet meal prices. Rental of equipment if any will be added to the charge. 7. All food or banquet functions must be paid by cash, cashier's check or certified check only, ten (10) working day prior to date of function. 8. All music must stop by 11:30 p.m. All functions must end by 12 midnight and banquet room must be vacated no later then 12:30 a.m.
